Seattle Refrigeration Company was founded in 1932, Incorporated in 1964.

For many years our main source of business was manufacturing component refrigeration parts for refrigeration contractors under the name of Seattle Ice Machine Co.

In the early 1960's we did decide to seriously enter the contracting business. With our years of experience in the manufacturing of refrigeration equipment and the capabilities of our employees, it was very easy to rapidly become a major contender in the contracting business. Then came the development of a well trained and professional group of service technicians. This then led to a parts sales and purchasing department which we believe is the best in the business.

We are presently involved in total refrigeration systems in
  • Industrial, marine and commercial
  • Freezers, cold storage, ice making, ice storage and delivery
  • Ultra-low temperature freezers for hospitals, laboratories and vapor recovery
